ZEUS specialises in products for the Landrover market as well as braking systems for Classic Cars. It also undertakes bespoke engineering projects utilising its engineering and CNC expertise
Over the summer ZEUS Engineering has relocated to join its sister company, Ashwater, in new larger premises at Dunkeswell airfield. Ashwater manufacture chrome components for the Classic Car sector. The move to the new manufacturing facility affords the opportunity for new product development and gives access to a greater number of engineers.
The new building overlooks the runway at Dunkeswell which currently operates as a private airfield. Dunkeswell has a fascinating history. During WWII it was initially planned as a Fighter Command. Between 1943-45 it became the home of VB-103 Fleet Air Wing. This was the first USN unit to train with the RAF, flying mainly on anti-submarine patrols.
